Mikhail Uspenskiy - Russian crypto lawyer and blockchain expert, founder of the Parallax agency.
Deputy Chairman of the Public Council of the Federal Tax Service for Moscow, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of Tax Consultants, and member of the Digital Commission of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.
He was personally recommended by Best Lawyers in three areas (tax, litigation, and IT law) and has been repeatedly mentioned in Chambers and Legal 500.
He is an academic researcher for a grant from the Russian Science Foundation on digital payment instruments and a member of the State Duma expert council on the legislative regulation of cryptocurrencies.

Biography
Graduated from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, Faculty of Law.
Career
From 2017 to 2018, he served as legal advisor to the first ICO under Russian law.
In 2019, Uspensky supported the first Bitcoin contribution to the charter capital of a Russian company, which was registered with the Federal Tax Service.
Mikhail Uspenskiy has won numerous cases before the Supreme Court of Russia. He is the founder and CEO of Parallax.moscow.

Mikhail Uspensky regularly speaks as an expert, commenting on legislative initiatives related to cryptocurrency circulation, mining, and cross-border settlements in digital currencies.
He lectured at universities such as MGIMO, Moscow State Law University, HSE, and Plekhanov Russian Academy.
He was a speaker at Bank of Russia roundtables on DeFi, TBDB and RWA tokenization, as well as at international cryptocurrency conferences in English.
He leads a group of legal academic researchers working on Bitcoin classification under Indian law.
